Kibale Forest National Park, located in western Uganda, is a tropical rainforest covering approximately 795 square kilometers. Known as the “Primate Capital of the World,” it is home to 13 primate species, including the largest population of chimpanzees in Uganda. The park’s diverse ecosystem includes lush forests, grasslands, and wetlands, supporting over 375 bird species, 70 mammal species, and a variety of butterflies and reptiles.
